YARD SIGNS

The BOD decided on July 22, 2020 to temporarily exempt the ban on school spirit/positive family reinforcement signage for North Harbour. Due to COVID-19, it was felt that the signage is a positive way to affirm our children, their schools, teachers and activities. Political signs (pursuant to Federal regulations) and commercial signage will still not be allowed. The BOD reserves the right to revisit this exemption in the future but with proper notice to the homeowners.
